Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 2 working days, to arrive with customers within 7 - 10 working days. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you of the delay and arrange an alternative despatch date.

Delivery is charged at £4.95 on all orders regardless of size, weight or the number of packages. This includes delivery throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland but excludes the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. Returns

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Certain products are excluded from our returns policy due to health and safety and hygiene reasons. These include - razors, toiletries including (without limitation) body lotions, creams, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soaps, shaving cream or gift sets including any of these items.
